Two Fifty One, a mixed-use scheme by Oakmayne Properties has unveiled its new marketing suite on Newington Causeway – underneath the railway arches – opposite the site. Elephant and Castle – the site of Two Fifty One – is currently undergoing a £3bn regeneration programme, to create a pedestrianised centre and a market square with 450,000 square feet of retail space. There will be 5,000 new homes alongside green spaces and an integrated transport hub.
