Here at Hamptons International Residential Development, our ‘Back To Basics’ strategy has resulted in an extremely successful start to the year. In an uncertain market, our dedicated team of new homes specialists has committed themselves to old fashioned estate agency and with this in mind have exchanged well over target in January.
The key to our success is our strong, dedicated team, which continues to grow and expand. Will Stebbing is the latest addition to our team. With over 12 years of impressive experience in the property industry, Will has joined as an Associate Director, responsible for the sales and marketing of New Homes in central London.
Our strong sales team is further complemented by our Development Consultancy team, which has provided pricing support for over 80 sites in January alone. The Development Consultancy team offers developer-focused advice which spans from the point of site acquisition, all the way to creating successful sales and marketing strategies. With projects ranging from niche high end schemes in Prime Central London, to large scale mixed-use projects in regeneration areas, the team provide comprehensive pricing advice in order to secure maximum Gross Development Value (GDV).
With the support of our Development Consultancy team, we will be launching numerous sites across London in Q1 and Q2. Two of these schemes are located in South London, an area that continues to perform well if units are priced appropriately.
One of these sites, Bowling Green Mews, is due to launch in May.
