Rachel Denham-Svark, Lettings Coordinator at Knight Frank Clapham shares her local favourite haunt.

Brickwood, 16 Clapham Common South Side , Clapham SW4

Brickwoood Café is on the corner of Clapham Common, right by the underground and at the beginning of the busy Clapham High Street.

What’s it like?

It has a cosy, rustic feel  – a good place to get away from the hustle and bustle. The service was warm and welcoming, and upon entering you can browse the counter with its wide range of tasty homemade sandwiches, cakes and pastries.

And the food?

Their famous toasties are deliciously cheesy, made with sourdough bread. The breakfast burrito was jammed packed with eggs, avo and pulled pork yumminess. Perfect brunch break at a lovely local café.
